The Narrative Machine Meets Robots - Musical Interactions with Humanoids a Tutorial

In this tutorial we will be making humanoid robots play real musical instruments in sync with each other. The participants will learn how to program the robots to do this. Though the robots will be provided the participants should have the following:
Things to bring:
Option 1:
- A computer with SSH terminal capabilities.
- Have X11 available on your computer if you like GUIs.
- Have a WiFi or Ethernet capable computer
Option A:
- A computer with Python installed.
- Have port 8009 open to all traffic (UDP/TCP).
- Have an Ethernet capable computer.
Option あ:
- A computer with your choice of programming languages.
- For this option you MUST know how to program sockets and send/receive and parse serialized data.
- Have port 8009 open to all traffic (UDP/TCP).
- Have an Ethernet capable computer.
Option ㄱ:
- We will provide a computer (limited quantity)
Option 0:
- Bring your own computer
- Bring your own robot
- Have port 8009 open to all traffic (UDP/TCP).
- Have an Ethernet capable computer
- Have an Ethernet capable robot
